Toronto will host Atlanta United at BMO Field on Saturday in an attempt to extend their unbeaten streak in the MLS to seven games.

Bob Bradley's team have won just one of their matches to date but have been in a position to claim three points on five separate occasions, including in Atlanta at the beginning of March when they had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

That killer instinct has not been there as often as needed this season, but defensively they look much more compact, claiming their third clean sheet of the campaign last weekend, equalling their mark from 2022.

The Reds lead the league in draws this season with five and are currently holding onto the final wildcard spot in the Eastern Conference with eight points, one fewer than last year's conference champions, the Philadelphia Union.

After suffering a resounding 6-1 defeat at the hands of the Columbus Crew two weeks prior, Atlanta's performance in New York City was considerably improved.

It is not easy to play on that small pitch at Yankee Stadium, especially if your team relies heavily on possession, but the Five Stripes were smart and quick with their decisions, creating their fair share of space and scoring chances.

Gonzalo Pineda expressed dissatisfaction with the match's officiating afterwards, claiming his team needs to gain respect and win more championships to obtain calls from the officials.

The first time this year that his team failed to win after taking the lead was on Saturday when they were reduced to 10 men after an hour of play but still managed to take the lead minutes later.
